We recommend bringing your pet usual food, medication if required, and any familiar items that can help them feel comfortable.
For hygiene and comfort of all pets, male pets and unspayed female pets may required to wear diapers during daytime, especially if they are prone to marking, are in heat or have discharge.
Pet parents are kindly requested to provide sufficient diapers for the duration of stay. Our team will assist with changing them when necessary.
Yes!! Grooming service can be arranged during your pet stay, subject to availability.
